Bloom' in Art Party to Benefit Art Programs in High Need Schools

On May 7th, 6-9 pm, Bloom' in Art will host a party at The Real Estate Studio, 214 King Street, to benefit art programs in local high need schools.

The mission of Bloom' in Art is to "grow local artists" while donating a portion of the proceeds to art programs in local schools. This traveling art show, featured in the Post and Courier, will have the work of local painters, welders, potters, candle makers, and jewelry artists on display. It is a great way to purchase art while supporting local schools. Light food and beverages will be served.

In March, Bloom’ in Art had two amazing events one in Mount Pleasant and one downtown Charleston. The shows displayed the works of many local artists and craftsmen from the Charleston area. The constant stream of people coming and going as well as the wonderful sense of community and purpose made the events successful! The downtown show featured yummy treats from Catering to Kids as well. Our mission is to promote local artists and their craft while giving back to the art programs in our local schools and we did just that. We were able to make a donation to the Montessori Day School in North Charleston with the support of the Artist and Craftsmen Shop on King Street. In addition to the success of the shows, Bloom' in Art was also featured in the Post in Courier, check out the article below! We are looking forward to our next show and opportunity to provide another local school with art supplies. Over the next few weeks we will be announcing our May events. Bloom' in Art looks forward to continuing to share beautiful art and community with friends. Remember shop with Bloom’ in Art....always new and always local!
